It was given a licence for auditing in 13^th of May 1998, number of licence is 158, licence was given by Treasury Department of the Republic of Lithuania. Head of a company is Mr. Česlovas Maculevičius, who is a licensed auditor (number of the auditor‘s certificate is 000156).

The company has experience at the private sector as well as at the public sector.

UAB (Joint Stock Company)”Verus Auditus” is a member of Lietuvos nekilnojamojo turto ir investicijų valdymo įmonių asociacija (the Association of companies of the Management of  the Real Estate and Investments).

Employees of the company regularly elevate qualification at courses, which are arranged by Lietuvos Auditorių Rūmai (House of Auditors of Lithuania), Valstybinė Mokesčių Inspekcija(The Taxman Establishment) and other private and public companies.

At the company work high experienced experts of taxes, accounting, activity of companies, management of business and law. Currently in the company work 15 employees. Of late years the company is expanding – the number of clients as well as the number of employees multiplies.
